The transaction is a DIGITAL good. There are NO physical items and/or shipments with this transaction. It will always be sent through email and/or droplinks.

NO REFUNDS after sketch phase has been completed. Refunds have a subject fee of 10% of the original amount cost.

Full payment must be made AFTER sketch phase is completed.

Commissions are specifically for the client's own usage (social media platforms, etc).

The client is allowed to commission an animator for the emotes as long as credit is given to the original artist.
